October 26, 2020 GGECU Debit Card conversion is in progress. There should be no interruption with your Debit Card. The Debit Cards with the new company will still work the same ATM (cash withdrawal) daily limit @ 300.00 and POS (point of sale purchases) daily limit @ 500.00. You still have 24/7 Debit Card Fraud Detection in service. Fraud alerts – 1st attempt to contact the Member by phone @ the number on file with GGECU; 2nd, if no contact with Member card will be BLOCKED and follow-up with email to GGECU; 3rd GGECU upon receipt of email Fraud Alert will attempt to contact Member. If your Card has been Temporally Blocked and/or you have been contacted by GGECU Fraud Dept and need to verify suspicious Transactions please call Fraud Hotline #1-855-961-1602. For those Members receiving new cards, due to expiration date, the Debit Card Activation Number is 1-833-995-2511. ALSO look for a new version of GGECU MYMOBILEMONEY.app as this service will also be switched over with the new company, however, note you can still monitor your account thru GGECU ARU line 1-832-615-3505 and/or GGECU webpage Online Banking www.ggecu.com – should you see any Debit Card transactions on your account that you deem suspicious please contact the Hot Carding Dept. #1-800-754-4128 immediately, as they will be able to assist Cardholders in placing a Block on their card.
